Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Policy Summary
We offer refunds or replacements only in the case of damaged products.
No other reasons (including dislike, change of mind, or incorrect order placed) qualify for return, refund, or replacement.
All damage-related issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
To process your request, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A mandatory unboxing/opening video showing the damage
After verification, we will offer a refund or replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
4. Return / Replacement Procedure
- Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.
- Only cases of physical damage are eligible.
- Products cannot be returned for any other reason.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded unless the damage is verified as a fulfilment error.
6. Replacement Processing
- Approved replacements will be dispatched within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- If the damage is verified, return shipping costs (if applicable) will be covered by us.
