• If the product is not readily available, additional time may be required for small-batch manufacturing before dispatch. We will keep you informed when necessary.

Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on your location or the schedule confirmed at the time of placing the order.
• Deliveries to remote, rural, or out-of-service areas may take longer than the usual timeframe.

Shipping Charges

• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Failed Delivery Attempts

• If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or failure to receive the shipment, the package may be returned to us.
